Organic Paccheri Pasta
Pasta with a plot twist. Our organic paccheri isn’t just delicious—it has a colorful history. Named after the Neapolitan word for “slap” (that satisfying sound it makes when tossed with sauce), paccheri also once played a starring role in a 17th-century smuggling scheme. Legend has it Campanian cooks used the extra-wide tubes to sneak banned Italian garlic into Prussia—proving this pasta is as clever as it is tasty.
Made in Italy from organic semolina and bronze-cut for a sauce-grabbing texture, paccheri is perfect for hearty ragùs, creamy sauces, and stuffing.
